Over the past year we have been working with Packpost on our Direct Mail campaigns for The Week magazine and it is refreshing to work with a company that ‘knows their stuff’.
Packpost have helped us reduce mailing costs by offering their extendable knowledge of postal services and incorporating the use of mail mark into our mailings.  They also immediately let us know about new products that they feel would be of interest, one of these ideas was the use of a digital stamp rather than the bog standard PPI that goes out on most direct mail packs.  It gave our pack a real personal feel and increased our response rate.
